| Recreational Program
The WHCYB Recreational Program provide an active
program of basketball competition and instruction for boys and girls
ages 6-17. The league is divided into single-year age groups for boys
and girls, except for the high school division where players between the
ages of 14 and 17 compete in the same group. A player's age group is
determined by his/her age on December 31 of the current year. Games and
practices are held at various Howard County school gymnasiums.
